Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Science Intern who is eager to learn and work with real-world data. The intern will assist in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to derive meaningful insights that support business decisions. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python/R Assist in building and evaluating machine learning models Work with large datasets and databases (SQL, CSV, APIs) Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Power BI Document findings and present insights to the team Support senior data scientists in ongoing projects Eligibility Criteria Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering or related field Basic understanding of statistics and probability Strong interest in data analytics and machine learning Required Skills Programming knowledge in Python (preferred) or R Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn Basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts Understanding of SQL and databases Good analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau Familiarity with Git/GitHub Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Learning Outcomes Hands-on experience with real-world datasets Exposure to end-to-end data science workflows Mentorship from experienced data scientists Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Opportunity for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance
